| Description | This application will be exceptionally and exclusively used by those people who do not have access to the regular identification and electronic signature systems established by Public University of Navarre due to one of the following reasons:
- People who do not have Spanish nationality.
- People who have Spanish nationality but live abroad.
Those people who, even though do not meet the abovementioned requirements, use this form to take part in an UPNA procedure or call, might be excluded from those for not fulfilling the provisions established on the Electronic Administration Regulations of Public University of Navarre.
