The on-line office will be available every day of the year, twenty-four hours a day, notwithstanding any unavoidable technical cuts.

Scheduled cuts due to technical issues will be announced as far in advance as possible, and notified to the users on the University's on-line portal and on-line office, stating the alternative means for consultation and access available.

When a technical issue has made it impossible for the corresponding system o application to operate normally, and until said issue is solved, the University may determine an extension of the time periods still running. In such case both the technical issue and the specific extension of the time period still running must be published on the on-line office.
