Protección de datos
Todo tratamiento de datos personales derivado del acceso, consulta e interacción con la Sede Electrónica de la UPNA está sujeto al Reglamento UE 2016/679 General de Protección de Datos (RGPD) y la Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos.
El acceso a la sede electrónica a través de la web de la UPNA y/o en Internet comportará el tratamiento de datos de IP y/o los precisos para la gestión de servicios en línea.
La consulta de la Sede Electrónica y la interacción necesaria para realización de trámites, servicios, transacciones u otras gestiones implicará el tratamiento de datos de identidad, contacto, perfil (empleado público, estudiante, interesado en servicios universitarios u otros), así como cualquier información vinculada al expediente asociado a la persona en cuestión.
La legitimación para el tratamiento de datos es el cumplimiento de la obligación legal de disponer de sede electrónica y la misión de interés público vinculada a la gestión de los trámites y servicios previstos en la sede (apartados “c” y “e” del artículo 6.1 del RGDP)
Las bases jurídicas que fundamentan la legitimación aludida son la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas y la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público. Asimismo, debe tener en cuenta el Reglamento de Sede Electrónica de la Universidad Pública de Navarra y la Ley 59/2003, de 19 de diciembre, de firma electrónica.
El Responsable de Tratamiento de Datos es la propia Universidad Pública de Navarra (UPNA). Datuen babesa
NUPeko egoitza elektronikora sartzearen, kontsultatzearen eta harekin elkarreraginean aritzearen ondoriozko datu pertsonalen tratamendu oro Datuak Babesteko 2016/679 EBko Erregelamendu Orokorrari eta Datuak Babesteko (EODB) 2018ko abenduaren 5eko 3/2018 Lege Organikoari lotuta dago.
Egoitza Elektronikoa kontsultatzeak eta tramiteak, zerbitzuak, transakzioak edo bestelako kudeaketak egiteko beharrezko elkarrekintzak berekin ekarriko du nortasunari, kontaktuari, profilari buruzko datuen tratamendua (enplegatu publikoa, ikaslea, unibertsitateko zerbitzuetan interesatua edo beste zerbitzu batzuetan interesatua), baita pertsona horri lotutako espedientearekin lotutako edozein informazio ere.
Datuak tratatzeko legitimazioa da egoitza elektronikoa izateko legezko betebeharra eta egoitzan aurreikusitako izapide eta zerbitzuen kudeaketarekin lotutako interes publikoko misioa betetzea (EODBen 6.1 artikuluko “c” eta “e” apartatuak).
Era berean, aintzat hartu behar dira Administrazio Publikoen Administrazio Prozedura Erkideari buruzko 2015eko urriaren 1eko 39/2015 Legea eta Sektore Publikoaren Araubide Juridikoaren 2015eko urriaren 1eko 40/2015 Legea. Halaber, kontuan hartu behar ditu Nafarroako Unibertsitate Publikoaren Egoitza Elektronikoaren Erregelamendua eta Sinadura Elektronikoari buruzko 2003ko abenduaren 19ko 59/2003 Legea.

Data protection
Any processing of personal data arising from the access, look-up and interaction with the On-line Office of UPNA is subject to the General Regulations 2016/679 on Data Protection (RGPD) and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5th December, on Data Protection.
Access to the on-line office through the UPNA website and/or on the Internet shall entail the processing of IP data and/or those necessary for the management of online services.
The check-up on the On-line Office and any necessary interaction to carry out procedures, services, transactions or others shall entail the processing of identit, contact, and profile data (public worker, student, any person interested in university services or others), as well as any other information related with the file linked to that person.
The legitimization for the data processing is meeting the legal requirement to have an on-line office and being in the public interest, which is linked to the management of the procedures and services stated on the office (sections “c” and “e” of article 6.1 of the RGDP)
The legal grounds that serve as a basis for the abovementioned legitimization are Law 39/2015, of 1st October, of the General Administrative Procedures of the Public Administrations and Law 40/2015, of 1st October, of the Public Administration Legal System. Likewise, the Regulations of the On-line Office of the Public University of Navarre and Law 59/2003, of 19th December, regarding electronic signature, must be taken into account.
